Your backups are saved on a secure cloud storage using Amazon S3 Infrastructure. If anything happens, we have your core files and database stored remotely for easy access and 1-click back-up.
Website edits include edits to content on any page, changing banners, headers, inner sections or footers, changing plugin settings, CSS adjustments & tweaks, context edits, formatting landing pages, new service pages, changing images, adding images or text and adding updating products.
Whether you need help with configuring a setting within a plugin, troubleshooting an error, fixing front-end content displaying incorrectly, or changing broken backlinks, we can step in to fix!
It does vary depending on complexity, but for a good rule of thumb, basic edits and updates would be typically resolved within 24-48 hours, more advanced updates such as new service pages or landing pages can take between 2 to 5 days.
Edits do not include custom development (examples include: coding new PHP in source files, building plugins, building themes, building out a new website or subdomain).
If you have a request that is outside of scope, we will happily still love to work with you on it under an additional cost provided after discussion.
